Photo Upload Instructions for MLS

Please name each photo using the street name followed by a number in the exact order you want the photos to appear on the MLS.

Example:
If the street name is Crestmore:

  • Crestmore1.jpg (Front exterior photo)
  • Crestmore2.jpg
  • Crestmore3.jpg
    …and so on.

Photos will upload to the MLS in the exact order they are numbered. If photos are not properly numbered, they may appear in a random order.

Important Photo Requirements

  • Hold your phone horizontally (LANDSCAPE mode) like a camera — not vertically (PORTRAIT mode).
  • Portrait photos will appear very small on the MLS.
  • This applies even when photographing small rooms.
  • Photo resolution must be 640 × 480.

Professional Photography

If you hired a professional photographer and received a photo gallery link, you may simply forward the link to: [email protected] 

This saves you from having to download, rename, and upload each photo individually.   Please include your property address in the subject line of the email.  If you have a property video, you may email that as well.
