Flat Fee PLATINUM MLS Listing Package

The PLATINUM MLS listing package includes the MLS listing on the local REALTOR® MLS. In addition to the upfront fee there is an additional fee of $2,500 due to Mink Realty at closing on the settlement statement. The MLS uploads to all the other national real estate websites. This package also includes our Mink Realty yard sign. You will need to purchase a combination lock box at Home Depot. The cost is around $35.00 so agents can access your property. The code will be given when you confirm the showing appointment with the showing-Time app.
