This form is required for Kentucky Properties only. Kentucky real estate law requires the seller to sign a “Seller Agency Form” for “EVERY” offer that is received. This form must be signed by the seller’s and returned to me before you start negotiations with the Buyer’s agent.
The form is already completed indicating there are 2 agents in two different brokerages, so all you have to do input your name and address at the top of this form, then sign and return it to me at [email protected]. It may be a good idea for you to print this form out ahead of time and go ahead and fill out the top and sign and have it ready.
